The product is the application by the name go hard finish strong. This application not only has challenges inside but also allows the user to work on the mental and physical fitness all at once and who does not need motivation here? Every user who plays well and plays it smartly would be rewarded either with a cash prize or points which they can use to earn discounts. Now all in all, there are two kinds of users in this world, ones who are lazy or do not have time in their busy routines to take care of themselves and the ones that take care of themselves but want to give back to the community as well. For the first part where the users are sluggish or don’t find time in their busy routines, the motivation lies in earning more and more points and doing more exercises mentally and physically in order to get prizes, discounts which directly or indirectly leads to motivation. For the latter, the motivation is in giving back. Now this kind of user would workout and beat his opponents to gain points in order to give back to the community by voting for a charity through the points he has earned and donating to the charity for a good cause. This application smartly targets both the audiences along with the people who wish to have their advertisements placed on the platform in order to showcase their business. The customers who view these advertisements would also be able to earn from this so it’s a win win situation for the client where he is hitting and punching all the do’s that are needed here.

Challenges Faced

The challenges faced for an application of this stature to be honest were a lot. We had to work through a lot of problematic points because the application itself consisted of tier-based points system and the inter relation of the points per challenge with the global points in the system. This was where our teams were in back to back kickoff meetings working on the flows along with the best possible and optimal way of integrating the points system and the charity module and ecommerce store in the application in order for the user to get the based experience possible

Solution

The solution was finally presented where the inter-relation was produced and the Follow the fit path and multiple challenge had separate points based on the employees who chose the winners from their panels and the admin reviewed them. Once the points were allotted, there was a need to link the challenge points to the global points as the events and discounts that were to be used were used completely from the Global Points section. Now the user who earned let’s say 1000 points in the challenge points would automatically be awarded 100 or 200 points in the global challenges. This was how it would go for the advertisements, health and wellness sections.

Charity System Integration

Charity system was integrated with the system which would allow the users who earned points to vote for a charity and donate to a charity. These points, as mentioned before, were to be taken from the Global Points earned by the users which were in turn earned through the challenges that the users won. This inter relation is another unique sales point here.

Ecommerce with Points based Discounts & Trivia Section

For the ecommerce points system, the developers inter related the points here and the user was then offered discounts based on the global points he had earned on the platform. This was a motivation which quickly became very popular within the community who used the app primarily to earn discounts on the items in the store.

Second, the trivia section was that particular section which earned the interest of multiple users. The users would answer multiple questions based on fitness and gym in order to earn these discounts and prizes. The premium prizes were offered in the cost trivia challenges while the basic prizes were offered in the basic trivia or free trivia challenges.
